software on your school's computer. If you do not have permission to do
this, secure approval before proceeding.
If you are
networked
or have multiple schools on one computer, seek assistance from your district
network specialist or Steve Goetze.

You must have minimum MS
Access 2003 with minimum of sp2 (service patch) or greater or
2007 or 2010.
You must have the service patches installed!!

- If you are
networked,
or CHIP2000_be.mdb does
not live in the folder
C:\CHIP2000, the .mdb will not be found.
A re-link to CHIP2000_be.mdb
will be needed. To read more
click here.
- Otherwise, click link at left to start the download.
- If given the option, you should
save the file.
- If asked for a save in location select
desktop.
- When the download completes, close your Internet browser window.
- Open the file, CHIP14.1Updxxxxxx.exe, on your
desktop by double clicking it.
- You may see a security warning. Click
Run this time.
- Winzip will open.
- Select Unzip to continue if CHIP2000.mde
lives in the folder displayed. If not, change the location. You will
need to re-link. To read more

- Click OK when you see the message "files unzipped successfully".
- Close Winzip by clicking the Close
button.
- Open CHIP-AZ using your desktop
shortcut.
- The Modifications screen will
display. If you are presented with information to change, change it and re-select modification button. When you see the
message, "Modifications Complete" click OK.
- The Upload Files screen will display.
Click 'Upload' and wait for success message.
- Click here to see
sample screens. Please do not EMAIL notice.
- Be sure to remove the file, CHIP14.1Updxxxxxx.exe, on your desktop.
