With all the record keeping required in school nursing, I can't even imagine doing without CHIP-AZ.  Everything I ever needed to document and all the data needed for many various reports are readily available in the CHIP-AZ program. I use it daily for entering student encounters, medication administration, immunization verification, hearing and vision screening reports and much, much more. Our special ed folks are very impressed that I can pull up and print the hearing and vision screenings at any time they are needed. The most exciting thing, to me, is to be able to click on a couple of keys and the reports magically appear with all totals added and put in the right place. 
I haven't seen any other school nursing documentation system that is as complete as CHIP-AZ.
