What version of Microsoft Office do I have? 

1. Open CHIP-AZ.
2. Select Help, About Microsoft Office Access
3. 
    

4. The first line will show Access 2000, 2002 or 2003.

6. Please email Mary   MaryH@CHIP-AZ.org   to let us know what version you have; 2000, 2002 or 2003.

If you have MS Office 2000…

Microsoft Office 2000 (Access 2000)
 will not be supported in CHIP-AZ in the new year.
 Contact your technology people to upgrade to MS Office 2002 (XP) or 2003.
Not to be confused with the operating system Windows 2000 and XP which are both supported.

Please upgrade MS Access so you can upgrade to CHIP-AZ version 9.0

You must have MS Access 2002 with minimum of sp2 (service patch) or greater.
Or
You must have MS Access 2003 with minimum of sp1 (service patch) or greater.

Simply having MS Access 2002 or 2003 is NOT enough!!!
You must have the minimum service patch installed!!
