§         All files located in C:\CHIP2000.

§         Program is released with CHIP2000.mde pre-linked to C:\CHIP2000\CHIP2000_be.mdb

§         Desktop shortcut points to CHIP Program.

§         Nurses can easily perform updates twice a year.

·         Desktop shortcut points to CHIP Program.

·         CHIP Program is linked to CHIP Database on Server system.

·         Since standard release of CHIP points to C:\CHIP2000, re-linking process must take place each time an update is released. (IT involvement)

Backup

o         Compacts and reorganizes CHIP-AZ backend database.

o         Maintains a rolling five copies for easy recovery. Copy and paste.

o         Data stored on server to a user specified location and available for system wide nightly backup.
